特色:

1. 昆曲是至今仍在演出的中国戏曲形式之一,起源于明朝(14世纪至17世纪)时期,发展于中国东南部苏州地区的昆山市。
Kun Qu is one of the oldest forms of Chinese opera still performed today. It developed under the Ming dynasty (14th to 17th centuries) in the city of Kunshan, situated in the region of Suzhou in southeast China.
2. 昆曲以其独特的节奏模式(唱腔)而闻名,对于中国其他较近期的戏曲形式,如四川剧或京剧,有着相当大的影响。
Renowned for the virtuosity of its rhythmic patterns (changqiang), Kun Qu opera has had a considerable influence or more recent forms of Chinese opera, such as the Sichuan or Beijing opera.
