我在Perth 待了近十个月，结束工作后 开始到图书馆上会话课。老师是Western是个很nice的老人家，他每天会到图书馆教英文 一天上四个小时 一人只收 AUD$12. 他也有share house 但离city有点小距离所以收费蛮便宜的，住在他家可以免费学英文。
但2月开始他要改到他家上课，而且课程内容不同 是以 TOEIC & FCE (First Certificate in English) & IELTS 为主，每天到他家 时间不限 看你想念多久都行。他有提供 basic, intermedium, Advanced 三种等级的书，还有提供CD可以边念边听。茶跟咖啡费提供，可以自备餐点 有微波炉可以用。

U can do practice TOEIC tests with the new TOEIC test ‘study book or IELTS books or FCE ’self-study’ books which I have all in my home. U can visit & study any of the books on ‘study Notes’ or the books on ‘Exam Test Papers’ or phrasal verbs &the ‘ Idiom’ book or do the listening &answer practice form the CD programme. The cost is just $10 per visit U can stay short or long time. I live only 35minutes from the City just 10minutes from Murdoch Uni. Call & ask any questions. Tea & Coffee is FREE & bring your own food to heat in the microwave.

当初我是以要去学英文的心态而去住的..
而我跟他是以不发生冲突且彼此尊重的心态去住..
所以有考虑住宿的人要仔细考虑一下..

所谓严格啊!!!!
我来说明一下好了
由于当初是我跟朋友一起去找这间房子
之后，我没住；朋友就住了，紧接著在生活上就有很多小摩擦发生
当然，住宿品质相当的简单，如果有考虑在FREMANTAL工作的人也许可以考虑
以下举例:
用水非常严格限制，洗澡绝对不能超过十分钟
平常水龙头的水量一定要用娟娟细流
冰箱只有冷藏没有冷冻，所以食物常常不小心坏掉，空间也明显不足
瓦斯炉绝对不能不能开大火(所以不可能炖汤或是卤东西)
食物味道重的，绝对不永许带进屋内(例如韩国泡菜，密封也不行)
若有教学在屋内进行时，禁止煮饭或是看电视
(所以晚餐通常必须是八点以后)

他本人若是当老师，应该是还不错啦!!年轻时跟布莱得彼特有这么一点点像

今年终于决定6月份要去澳洲打工度假

一直在想要先去念语言学校适应一下环境..??

毕竟英文不是很好..又知道带的钱应该也不够

可是看到这个消息..觉得应该可以跟JJ先学基本对话顺便适应环境
