欧洲之星2021.12.30voucher可改退现金

我在2月中收到欧洲之星来信,将voucher的使用期限延到2021.12.30,

我透过欧洲之星的FB写message申请退回现金:
Hello, Because of various security considerations and the Chinese people being attacked due to the COVID-19 epidemic ,I will no longer consider travelling to Europe in the next few years . So I need to apply for a refund . I don’t need to extend the expiry date of the vouchers to 30 December 2021. My vouchers details as follow : (1) E-Voucher reference: (以下个资省略)

欧洲之星第一封回信:
Hi, Thanks for contacting us. We’re receiving many messages and are prioritising queries about existing bookings. For general enquiries, please visit eurostar.com. To manage a booking, please visit https://managebooking.eurostar.com/. If you've been waiting for an e-voucher, we’re working through e-voucher requests and will be in touch soon. We advise that you do not contact us again unless you have an unrelated query. We will respond as soon as possible. [ESOH]

隔天早上就在第二封信中同意全额(2人)退费了:
Hello xxxxx , thank you for your message. We've gone ahead and refunded your booking and you'll see a total of 105€ back in your account. It may take between 5 and 7 working days and let us know if we can help with any further queries. Kind regards,

欧洲之星这次超及有效率,我已在2月22日收到退款,讯息提供有相同需求的大大们参考。

更新:
3.4在线申请,得到一个case reference no.
3.17收到邮件,会全额退款到预订当时使用的信用卡。
建议两个vocher以上分开申请退款。我两笔放在同个case里申请,邮件提到的退款金额只有一笔,等到入帐后看金额再决定是否再申请一次(其实想放弃了)。

大家若申请了就静心等待不用去催,我的经验是一定会收到回信的。

3.24更新
今天查到昨天3.23已退款完成入帐。果然只退了一笔(还好是金额较高的一笔)。
还是写信去问了一下,没想到立刻收到回信。可惜并没有正面回答另一笔不退的原因,只是再寄了一次eVoucher来,然后还追加一封evoucher for the remainder of the balance on voucher number xxxxxxxx.不过,就算了。
