Work location:
- Those now in Malaysia = TTDI, Kuala Lumpur
- Those now in Singapore
= Work From Home, when border is open relocate to Malaysia
Responsibilities:
-Telephone customer service for Taiwanese users of Food Delivery Service Mobile App company.
-Mainly handling customer queries coming from Taiwan customer segment and Partners related to usage of App, issues related to order placing experience, promo codes and other related ordering queries.
Work hour:
- 5 working days per week (from monday to sunday, including public holiday)
- 9 hours per day (including 1 hour lunch and 2 small breaks)
- 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM rotational shifts
- NOTE: The shifts and work hour may change in future depending on business needs.

Requirements:
- Native Taiwanese speaker + English
- minimum Degree holder (for visa application requirements); Or
- Malaysia spouse visa without Degree
Salary package: RM5,000 ~ 7,000 per month
